The staff was obliging, room was luxurious. Central heating, multi-channel television and a mini fridge bar in the room and the very comfy bed. Its amazing service.

Brilliant location, efficient rooms with decent views. Absolutely perfect staff greeted us with a smile. Loved WiFi, terrace and coffee in the room. Well-maintained pool.

Booked it for 5 days and had an exceptional experience. Polite workers, tasty breakfast, FAB location. The deluxe king room was original. The service was perfect, just like I expected.

Very well decorated and classic double room, I had a really lovely stay. Wonderful view, a big balcony, perfect bed, too. Outstanding food as for vegetarian breakfast. I liked the great plunge pool.

best possible location, light room, clean hotel. the staff was so superbly friendly and made our stay truly memorable. the room was upgraded, we appreciated it. just a walk down to sishane-zemin istanbul metro stop, some 10 minutes walk. wake up calls and ironing were available for free too.
